Three Simple Steps

Get Ready Before You Go.

1

Check the Voters’ List

Confirm that your name and address are correct. Being on the voters’ list can make voting faster. If you receive a voter notification card, bring it with you — but the card itself is not required to vote.

2

Choose When to Vote

Vote during advance voting from October 6–11, or vote on Monday, October 26. If you cannot vote in person, voting by proxy may also be available to you.

3

Bring Acceptable ID

Bring one acceptable piece of identification showing your name and address. Examples include an Ontario driver’s licence or Ontario photo card. Check the City’s official identification list before you go.
